Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito blinds are fixed to all windows and doors. There is a telephone with free local calls and ability to receive calls. Wi-Fi is available.
Accessibility
Entrance to the villa is down a number of stairs and would not therefore be suitable for wheelchair users. Also due to the number of steps around the pool and terrace area the villa would not be suitable for young children.
Outside
The stunning views from all aspects of this villa are magical. There are 3 large terrace areas, 1 on the upper deck leading off the 2 bedrooms, 1 on the middle area leading off the lounge and master bedroom and a 3rd terrace and sun deck by the pool. The villa has a private swimming pool and external shower. Sun loungers are situated around the pool, whilst the dining and seating area is very tastefully furnished.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Palma, which is approximately a 1 hour drive away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Canyamel is approximately a 10 minute drive from Arta a beautiful town, and Capdepera a delightful hilltop town, both of which have weekly markets. The amazing Coves de Arta are also located nearby and well worth a visit. There are many great walks and outstanding areas of great scenery all close by. Cala Ratjada is also a 10 minute drive away, this local fishing port has a lively nighttime atmosphere with its many restaurants, bars and clubs.

Canyamel has the basic amenities of a pharmacy and supermarket and well- priced restaurants. Also available are many sporting activities such as tennis, horse riding, fishing, diving and snorkeling.
