About Us

Villa Aguila is situated in Costa de Canyamel, a beautiful location in the northeast of the island, with stunning views of the Bay of Canyamel. The hill top location is approximately 3km from the beach and the village of Canyamel and just 8km from the nearest main town Arta.

Arta is one of Mallorca’s best towns with a great market, some excellent shops and some very good places to eat. Arta is a beautiful hilltop authentic Spanish town featuring a castle, churches and lovely little streets to wander down.

There are four very good golf clubs too (please look at our golf page for details). Capdepera is the best golf course in the area and the town of Capdepera is another attractive historic hilltop town.

Cala Rajada is a fishing port and boat trips can be arranged from here to Menorca and around the coastline too. Cala Rajada is somewhat more touristy and commercial than Arta and Capdepera and would have the nightlife scene for party goers.

About the Villa
The Villa was built just over twenty years ago and has been modernised twice since. The Villa comprises of three en-suite bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen area. The external dining and seating area opens up from the lounge and is equipped with a barbecue. The villa also has, TV, Satellite channels (for both English and German guests) and DVD player and free wifi for internet access  for you to visit our website and other helpful Mallorcan Apps.

There are three large terrace areas, one on the ‘upper deck’ from the two upstairs bedrooms. One middle deck leads from the lounge area and master bedroom and the final deck has a private pool, external shower and one of the best views across the Mediterranean Sea one could wish for.
